Valley Naturopathic Family Medicine is located at 432 Greenfield Road in Montague MA, right next to the Book Mill. Dr. Maiella also has office hours in her new Brattleboro VT location at 1063 Marlboro Road.
Your first visit to the clinic is important. Be prepared for an hour and half visit as we will address past and present medical history, family medical history, diet, lifestyle, rest, exercise, stress, and relationships. After a thorough intake is achieved and an understanding of the patient’s medical and social history is understood, a treatment plan is devised utilizing the principals of naturopathic medicine.
Please download all the forms on this website, and bring all pertinent labs and imaging from outside providers. You may also fax all the paperwork to the office prior to your visit.
Naturopathic Medicine is not covered by any Massachusetts state insurance plans. If you are a resident of Vermont, check with your insurance plan, as naturopathic medical visits have recently been added!

From Northampton and points south:
Rt. 91 north to exit 24. Right off the exit onto Rts. 5 & 10 north; right at the lights onto Rt. 116. In Sunderland Center go left at the lights onto Rt. 47, follow about seven miles. Go straight where Route 47 bears right. Go through Montague Center, bear left past the village green one quarter mile to small bridge. Greenfield Road is on the left. From Boston and points east:
Rt. 2 west to Rt. 63 south. Go 5 miles (watch for where Rt. 63 turns to the left on the far side of Millers Falls) to Center Street, Montague. Turn right, go past the village green one quarter mile to small bridge. Greenfield Road is on your left. We are #432. It’s a gray building. First floor.
From Amherst:
Rt 63 north to Montague Center exit (junction with Rt 47), eight miles. Take a left and go to end of street (200 yards), and take a right. Go through Montague Center, bear left past the village green one quarter mile to small bridge. Greenfield Road is on the left. We are #432, it’s a gray building, first floor.
From Greenfield and points west:
Rt. 91 south to Rt. 2 east to Turners Falls. At the lights by the Turners Falls Bridge (Gas station across on your left) go right, cross bridge, then left onto 1st street after the bridge past the Town Offices and Police Station. Go up the hill to end, turn left, go up hill, go past Scotty’s Market, then right fork onto Turners Falls Road. Follow this into Montague about 5 miles – Greenfield Road in on your right, we are #432. It’s a gray building, first floor.
